COVID-19 Virus Update (updated 1st April, 2020)
Currently none of the team at Calendar and Diary (Mathew and Redsell Ltd) are affected by the COVID-19 virus. We are following strict government guidelines for trading at this time. Our large warehouse is currently operating on a limited staff basis, so our team of pickers and packers are given plenty of room for social distancing. We have put stringent hygiene practices in place to provide staff with a safe working environment.
Please understand, that whilst we aim to offer as regular a service as possible for as long as possible, that in these unusual circumstances, we will be looking out for the health of staff and there may be some disruption to despatch and delivery of orders in the coming weeks.
Please be advised that deliveries may be affected by the ongoing Coronavirus situation. Royal Mail have contingency plans in place to limit contact between customers and Royal Mail employees. Read updates on the current Royal Mail service.

Free 2nd class tracked delivery for all orders over £9.99. Same day dispatch on all orders before 2pm.
Our working days are Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 16:00; any orders placed outside of this time will be processed the next working day.
Our Tracked 2nd class delivery in the UK are sent via Royal Mail. The delivery time estimates relate to orders placed by 2pm each working day.
We aim to ship all in-stock items within 24 hours; however, this can be delayed due to pre-order items being present on your order or at busy times of the year.
